For over 23 years, MARF has been a leading force in Minnesota Youth Rugby. Since 1992,

Youth Rugby in Minnesota has undergone a revolution, presently impacting close to 1,600

high school age Minnesota players on nearly 50 teams. We have been able to support this level of growth because of our charitable gambling operation, (pull tabs). This source of

funds has recently dried up and we are embarking in a new direction, using new methods,

in order to continue to support youth rugby in Minnesota and need you support more than ever.

The inaugural 2008 MARF Annual Fund Drive is underway to re-solidify our financial position and continue to support Minnesota rugby programs, equipment and supplies, athletic trainers, a youth director, scholarships; All Star competition; grants for Minnesota players competing at the national and international levels; and of course support for the State High School Honors Banquet and High School Championship weekend.

The Minnesota Amateur Rugby Foundation (MARF) is a charitable foundation committed to fostering, and supporting the development of national and international amateur rugby. in Minnesota. Since it's inception the foundation has maintained a 501(C)3 status as a charitable organization. This provides for the raising and distribution of tax-exempt funds in support of local youth rugby programs, referees, and toward players representing Minnesota in National and International competition.
