The Minnesota Amateur Rugby Foundation (M.A.R.F.) is a charitable foundation committed to fostering and supporting the development of national and international amateur rugby. We will accomplish this by primary support for development of yourth rugby programs, coach improvement, Select Side play and support for referee's society. The Foundation will work to improve leadership, quality of play and recognition of Rugby in Minnesota.
